Could England have won the World Cup in 1990 if Bryan Robson had stayed fit?

One of the great 'What if's' in English football, but in their second EVER World Cup semi final would the leadership of Captain Marvel have lead England over the line?

Bryan Robson earned 90 England caps bewteen 1980 and 1991 scoring 26 goals for his country.  Of those 90 caps he was England Captain 65 times, making him third in the all time list of appearances as England Captain

Italia 90 is seen as a turning point for English football, with the dark days of the 1980s behind and football becoming a positive influence in society, Italia 90 was saw Gazza's tears, Stuart Pearce miss the penalty, Gary Lineker in form as England striker and Bryan Robson's last tournament for his country
