Joe Calzaghe is arguably Britain’s greatest ever boxer and  will be meeting and talking to fans live at Hotel Football in October 2024. Its going to be a fantastic night of entertainment which will include a live 2 part interview and a meal

Getting the Superstar Tickets.

Superstar GOLD Package

- 6pm Entry

- Professionally taken photograph of you and Joe Calzaghe which will be developed on the night ready to take away and made available digitally after the show at our Facebook page.

-Meal served at 7:45pm

- GOLD section allocated show seating

Superstar SILVER Package

- 6:00pm  Entry to use bar and find allocated seating 

-Meal served at 7:45pm

- SILVER section allocated show seating

- Opportunity to buy a photo pass

Vetting the Superstar terms.

SITTING WITH FRIENDS: To ensure you are sat with your friends please book under the same name this will automatically sit you together. Any requests can also be directed to info@superstarspeakers.co.uk and although we cannot guarantee a request we will do our best to accommodate them.

MEAL OPTION: This event includes a meal so please let us know your dietary requirements before the 10th October 2024

TICKET TYPE SEATING: If you was to purchase a gold and a silver ticket together then you would be sat on a table with the silver tickets. Same applies for other tickets. You will be sat with the lower end ticket on any tickets you purchase as a group.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: You will be allocated a seat for the event around a table of 8-12.

REFUNDS: A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or re-sold. Refund policy if the event is cancelled due to the COVID-19 :A person gets notified about the cancellation of any event. A person will receive their refund automatically through the same method of payment used to complete your purchase (eg:- If the payment is made using UPI, the money comes back into the UPI account). The refunds are generally delivered within 7-21 business days.If the event is postponed, we will contact you via phone or email with the information regarding the changes in the time, venue, date, and more. The tickets are valid for the new event date.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: It is paramount to Superstar Speakers that everyone fully enjoys this event. If you have ANY special requirements (E.g. Access) please notify us BEFORE the show as we may not be able to accommodate you if told on the night.

SPEAKERS: In the unlikely event that the guest speaker can no longer make the date we will find a suitable replacement date and you will be offered 24 hours to agree to take a refund or move your ticket over to the future date. After 24 Hours you will automatically have taken the option to have anew tickets to a new date. 

SIGNATURES: Platinum Ticket Holders will receive an autograph from Joe during the photo session so please bring either a glove or photo to be signed.

COMMUNICATION: We love to keep you updated on the event and will contact you via the email you register with. Your tickets will be sent to this email and we will inform you of any changes so please ensure you enter your email correctly. If you do not receive your tickets after purchase please email customerservice@superstarspeakers.co.uk
