Courier Details – UK Free Shipping

All our UK deliveries are eligible for FREE delivery. 

​

All framed orders sent to England and Wales are sent by Parcelforce all unframed are sent via Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days so you should receive your orders within 6-7 working days of placing them. Please give us a daytime address as all orders have to be signed for.

Courier Details – International (non-UK)

​

Once an international order is placed you will be contacted to make payment of the international shipping fee. You can change your mind should the fee not be within budget.

All international orders for framed products are sent by Parcelforce and all unframed products are sent via Royal Mail

Again, we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days.

​

For all international orders you will be emailed a Parcelforce tracking code and contact details for Parcelforce if they need to speak to someone about your order. We ask you supply a recipient's phone number too, in case our courier has trouble delivering to you.

​

A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.

​

Other shipping information

​

Due to Brexit, some customers may have to pay duties and VAT before or after delivery of the item. The customer is responsible to pay any costs incurred.

Exclusions

​

Free delivery is not available for items bought via auction and other discounted rates.

Event Ticket Delivery

​

All tickets are sent as free delivery via the email you registered the purchase with. Please contact customerservice@superstarspeakers.co.uk should you not receive the tickets upon purchase.
