Nottingham Forest Legends Christmas Cracker

The time has come to announce to the biggest Nottingham Forest Legends Event to date 

On the 15th December come and join us at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nottingham as we celebrate a true Christmas Cracker Special with many ex Nottingham Forest Players who will be coming together on this night to look back at their careers at the Club they fell in love with.

Legends will be announced between now and the 15th December but don't delay in getting your tickets as these will quickly sell such is the price and the occasion.

We can confirm the following European Cup Winners will be the first in attendance. John Robertson, Gary Mills, Colin Barrett, Bryn Gunn, Kenny Burns and Frank Clark. One of Nottingham Forest finest ever Strikers Ian Storey-Moore is also down for this event.

The event will be hosted by the fantastic Alan Keegan who is no stranger to working with so many legends so will ensure it’s a great night

There will be a comedian during the evening so if you are easily offended then there will be an opportunity to leave the room during his set and can return for the rest of the evenings entertainment

This is a Christmas meal event for the ex Nottingham Forest Legends and during the evening there will be a solo artist to welcome guests whilst they enjoy a Christmas Dinner plus some footage of the Forest legends in action and then a comedian & short auction to finish the night off. A few of the legends have agreed to say a few words however the event is more of get together of the ex players and fans will get the opportunity to grab autographs in the foyer and bar reception area as the players get drinks and arrive although this isn’t included as part of any package.

Table Packages - All Platinum tables include a former Nottingham Forest Player which will be allocated on the day of the event.

Platinum Table: £800 Includes 3 Bottles of Complimentary House Wine and a 1 course meal

Gold Table: £600 includes a 1 course meal 

Individual Tickets are available and all include a 1 course meal.

Agenda

6pm - Doors open with full bar access

7:15pm - Alan Keegan arrives to stage to open the event

7:30pm - A 1 Course Meal is served

8:30pm - Alan Keegan gives praise to the ex Nottingham Forest Players and announces who’s attending. An opportunity to grab a few stories from 5 or 6 of the Legends

9:30pm - Entertainment in the form of comedian from the players select comedian Austin Knight

10pm - Auction

10:20pm - Prize Draw

10:30pm - End of on stage entertainment

11pm - Carriages

*Please note that during the Auction some of the legends will retire to the Green Room.

Vetting the Superstar terms.

SITTING WITH FRIENDS: To ensure you are sat with your friends please book under the same name this will automatically sit you together. Any requests can also be directed to info@superstarspeakers.co.uk and although we cannot guarantee a request we will do our best to accommodate them.

TICKET TYPE SEATING: If you was to purchase a gold and a silver ticket together then you would be sat on a table with the silver tickets. Same applies for other tickets. You will be sat with the lower end ticket on any tickets you purchase as a group.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: You will be allocated a seat for the event around a table

REFUNDS: A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or re-sold. Refund policy if the event is cancelled due to the COVID-19 :A person gets notified about the cancellation of any event. A person will receive their refund automatically through the same method of payment used to complete your purchase (eg:- If the payment is made using UPI, the money comes back into the UPI account). The refunds are generally delivered within 7-21 business days. If the event is postponed, we will contact you via phone or email with the information regarding the changes in the time, venue, date, and more. The tickets are valid for the new event date.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: It is paramount to Superstar Speakers that everyone fully enjoys this event. If you have ANY special requirements (E.g. Access) please notify us BEFORE the show as we may not be able to accommodate you if told on the night.

VENUE CHANGES: It's not likely to happen but if for any circumstances we need to change venue then we will ensure that the new venue is within 10 miles of the original event so it doesn't interrupt your travel arrangements. No refunds will be given for a change of venue. 

SPEAKERS: In the unlikely event that the guest speaker can no longer make the date we will find a suitable replacement and no refunds are given for this.

COMMUNICATION: We love to keep you updated on the event and will contact you via the email you register with. Your tickets will be sent to this email and we will inform you of any changes so please ensure you enter your email correctly.
