1. About Us

This website is operated by Superstar Speakers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing tickets for any event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchases & Contract Formation

All ticket purchases made through this website constitute a legally binding contract between the purchaser and Superstar Speakers. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Seating Arrangements

• Seating is allocated by the organiser and may be arranged in table or theatre style.

• To be seated with friends, tickets must be purchased under the same booking name.

• Seating requests may be submitted to info@superstarspeakers.co.uk; however, seating requests are not guaranteed.

• Where multiple ticket types are purchased within one booking, seating will be allocated based on the lowest-value ticket purchased.

4. Event Catering

This is a non-catered event. No food will be provided. Attendees are advised to make their own arrangements prior to attending.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Postponements

• All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, except as expressly stated below.

• A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled by the organiser.

• If an event is postponed, tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date.

• Where an event is postponed and the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund will be offered upon request, provided the request is made within the timeframe specified in the notification email.

• Superstar Speakers reserves the right to request reasonable evidence to support a claim that the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled date.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–21 business days.

• This refund policy is in accordance with UK Government guidance and Citizens Advice relating to ticketed events.

6. Speakers & Programme Changes

• Superstar Speakers reserves the right to amend speakers, content, or scheduling where necessary.

• If a scheduled speaker is unable to attend, a suitable replacement or new date will be offered.

• Ticket holders will be notified and given 24 hours to request a refund or accept a transfer to the rescheduled date. Failure to respond within this period will be deemed acceptance of the alternative arrangement.

7. Special Requirements & Accessibility

Guests with accessibility or other special requirements must notify us prior to the event. Requests made on the day of the event may not be accommodated.

8. Ticket Delivery & Communication

• Tickets and event communications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate.

• If tickets are not received, please contact customerservice@superstarspeakers.co.uk.

9. Age Restrictions

This event is strictly for attendees aged 16 years and over. Valid identification may be required for entry.

10. Signatures & Additional Benefits

Speaker signatures and exclusive benefits are available only to Platinum ticket holders, subject to availability.

11. Liability

Superstar Speakers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from attendance at the event, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
