Sitting with Friends: Please book seats together to ensure you sit with friends.

Seating Arrangements: Allocated theatre-style seating.

Refunds:

• Full refunds only if the event is cancelled.

• Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded, or resold.

• COVID-19 Policy: Automatic refunds issued if the event is cancelled due to COVID-19. Refunds processed within 7–21 business days.

• If postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.

Special Requirements: Notify us in advance for any access or special needs. Late requests may not be accommodated.

Hotels and Travel: Attendees are responsible for travel and accommodation.

Speakers: If Duncan Ferguson cannot attend, a replacement date will be offered. Ticket holders have 24 hours to accept a refund or transfer. After 24 hours, tickets automatically transfer to the new date.
