Terms and Conditions
1. Dress Code
Guests are required to adhere to a smart casual dress code. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee who does not comply with this requirement, without refund.
2. Age Restrictions
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Proof of age may be requested.
3. Guest Speakers
The organiser guarantees the attendance of a minimum of three (3) guest speakers. Guest speakers will be announced prior to the event. The organiser does not guarantee the attendance of any specific individual unless expressly stated in writing. If a guest speaker can’t attend for any reason then we will try to replace them. No refunds are given for changes to the line up however it’s very rare this happens anyway.
4. Travel and Accommodation
The organiser is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or associated costs incurred by attendees. In the event of postponement or rescheduling, such costs will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled or postponed.
No refunds will be provided for changes to guest speakers, scheduling adjustments, or other alterations that do not materially affect the delivery of the event.
In the event of circumstances similar to a public health emergency (e.g., COVID-19), the organiser’s full policy as stated on the website will apply.
6. Seating
To ensure guests are seated together, all tickets must be purchased together on the seating map.
7. Event Timings
Event timings are subject to change due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, including but not limited to travel delays or operational issues. The organiser will make reasonable efforts to ensure the full programme is delivered.
8. Liability
The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury except where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
