Important Check-In Information

Please note that doors open from 6:00pm for check-in.

• Platinum & Gold ticket holders are advised to check in between 6:00pm and 6:45pm to ensure participation in the photo opportunity.

• Silver ticket holders may check in at any time between 6:00pm and 7:30pm.

Age Restrictions

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please note that these events may include alcohol consumption and occasional strong language. While our interviews are moderated, we cannot fully control the content of personal stories shared on the night. The accompanying adult accepts full responsibility and discretion for the under-18 guest. We are able to offer guidance only.

Hotels & Travel Expenses

All accommodation, transport, and travel arrangements (including hotels, trains, taxis, and other expenses) are the responsibility of the attendee.

In the event of postponement, Superstar Speakers cannot accept liability for any related costs incurred.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled.

Refunds are not available for any other reason.

Seating

Seating is selected by attendees via the online seating map at the time of booking. To ensure seats are together, please select adjacent seats during purchase. This is a theatre-style seating plan, and attendees are responsible for their own seat selection.

Guest Speaker

In the unlikely event that the advertised guest speaker is unable to attend, we will notify ticket holders via email and provide details of a rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may choose between a full refund or a credit to be used toward a future event.
