Superstar Speakers – Terms & Conditions of Attendance

1. Seating with Friends

To be seated with friends or other members of your party, please ensure all tickets are booked under the same name. This will allow our system to automatically group your seating. While we cannot guarantee special seating requests, you may contact us via the website with your request and we will make every effort to accommodate where possible.

2. Meal Provision

Please note that this is a non-catering event. We advise all guests to eat prior to arrival, as no food will be served during the evening.

3. Ticket Type and Seating

If multiple ticket types (e.g. Gold and Silver) are purchased together within a group, all attendees will be seated according to the lowest ticket tier within that group. For example, a group with both Gold and Silver tickets will be seated in the Silver section.

4. Seating Arrangements

Guests will be allocated seating upon arrival, which may be arranged in either table or theatre-style format depending on the venue setup. Seating allocations are at the discretion of the event organisers.

5. Guest Speakers

The guest speakers listed in the promotional material are confirmed to attend. However, in the event that a speaker is unable to appear due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a suitable replacement without notice.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled.

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be resold under any circumstances.

• In the case of a cancellation due to COVID-19 or other force majeure events, refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7–21 business days to appear.

• If the event is postponed, we will contact all ticket holders with updated event details. All tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

7. Special Requirements

To ensure all guests can fully enjoy the event, we kindly request that any special requirements (e.g., accessibility needs) are communicated to us in advance via the website Contact Us page. We may not be able to accommodate requests made on the night of the event.

8. Speaker Cancellations or Rescheduling

In the unlikely event a guest speaker becomes unavailable, we may reschedule the event. Ticket holders will be notified and provided with 24 hours to opt for a full refund or confirm attendance on the rescheduled date. If no action is taken within this period, tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date.

9. Autograph Policy

Autographs are exclusively available to Platinum ticket holders as part of their package. Other ticket types do not include autograph privileges unless otherwise stated.

10. Communication

Event updates, ticket information, and important announcements will be sent via email to the address provided at the time of booking. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

11. Age Restrictions

This event is open to guests of all ages. However, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult throughout the event.
