2. Age Restrictions

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Proof of age may be requested.

3. Guest Speakers

The organiser guarantees the attendance of a minimum of three (3) guest speakers from the 1991 European Cup Winners’ Cup winning team. Guest speakers will be announced prior to the event. The organiser does not guarantee the attendance of any specific individual unless expressly stated in writing.

4. Travel and Accommodation

The organiser is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or associated costs incurred by attendees. In the event of postponement or rescheduling, such costs will not be reimbursed.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled or postponed.

No refunds will be provided for changes to guest speakers, scheduling adjustments, or other alterations that do not materially affect the delivery of the event.

In the event of circumstances similar to a public health emergency (e.g., COVID-19), the organiser’s full policy as stated on the website will apply.

6. Seating

To ensure guests are seated together, all tickets must be purchased within the same transaction. Seating cannot be guaranteed for separate bookings.

7. Event Timings

Event timings are subject to change due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, including but not limited to travel delays or operational issues. The organiser will make reasonable efforts to ensure the full programme is delivered.

8. Liability

The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury except where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
