Vetting the Superstar terms.

SITTING WITH FRIENDS: To ensure you are sat with your friends please book under the same name this will automatically sit you together. Any requests can also be directed to info@superstarspeakers.co.uk and although we cannot guarantee a request we will do our best to accommodate them.

TICKET TYPE SEATING: If you was to purchase a gold and a silver ticket together then you would be sat on a table with the silver tickets. Same applies for other tickets. You will be sat with the lower end ticket on any tickets you purchase as a group.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: You will be allocated a seat for the event in either theatre style or around a table

REFUNDS: A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or re-sold. Refund policy if the event is cancelled due to the COVID-19 :A person gets notified about the cancellation of any event. A person will receive their refund automatically through the same method of payment used to complete your purchase (eg:- If the payment is made using UPI, the money comes back into the UPI account). The refunds are generally delivered within 7-21 business days. If the event is postponed, we will contact you via email and update the website with the information regarding the changes in the time, venue, date, and more. The tickets are valid for the new event date and if you cant attend you can have credit to the same amount. We are not responsible for any travel arrangements or hotel bookings and expenses.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: It is paramount to Superstar Speakers that everyone fully enjoys this event. If you have ANY special requirements (E.g. Access) please notify us BEFORE the show as we may not be able to accommodate you if told on the night.

SPEAKERS: In the unlikely event that the guest speaker can no longer make the date we will find a suitable replacement date.
