1. Sitting with Friends

To ensure you are seated with your friends, please book your tickets under the same name. This will automatically allocate seats together. If you have any specific seating requests, please email info@superstarspeakers.co.uk. While we cannot guarantee requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.

2. Ticket Type & Seating Allocation

• If you purchase different ticket tiers within the same booking (e.g., Gold and Silver), you will be seated with the lower-tier ticket group. Seat Numbers will be allocated 1 week before the event date unless purchased directly from the theatre directly.

• Seating arrangements are theatre style

3. Refund Policy

• A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled.

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-resellable unless stated otherwise.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

• If an event is cancelled due to COVID-19, you will be automatically refunded through the original payment method (e.g., if paid via UPI, the refund will be returned to your UPI account).

• Refunds are generally processed within 7-21 business days.

• If the event is postponed, you will be notified via phone or email with details on the new date, venue, and time. Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

Travel & Accommodation Disclaimer

Superstar Speakers is not responsible for any hotel or travel expenses incurred due to event cancellations or postponements. We strongly advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance when booking accommodation and transport through third-party providers.

4. Special Requirements

We want everyone to fully enjoy our events. If you have any special requirements (e.g., accessibility needs), please inform us before the event. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests made on the night.

5. Guest Speakers

• If a guest speaker is unable to attend, we will arrange a suitable replacement date.

• Once a new date is confirmed, you will have 24 hours to choose between:

• A refund

• Transferring your ticket to the rescheduled event

• Receiving credit to use for a different event with another speaker if that is your preference

• Please note that confirming a new date may take a few weeks, as the promoter needs to coordinate with both the guest speaker and the venue.

• If you do not respond within 24 hours of the new date being provided, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event.

6. Communication & Customer Service

• We will send event updates and ticket confirmations to the email address provided at the time of booking.

• Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

• If you do not receive your tickets, please contact customerservice@superstarspeakers.co.uk.

• Customer service operates Monday to Wednesday only due to limited staff, as most of our team are working on events.

• Please do not repeatedly email or call regarding the same issue, as this will only delay the process. We aim to respond to all queries as soon as possible within our available hours.

7. Age Restrictions

• This event is strictly for ages 14 and over.

• Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

8. VAT & Receipts

• All ticket prices include 20% VAT.

• VAT invoices or receipts are available upon request.
