An evening with Nottingham Forest Legends - Goalkeeper Special - 12th April 2024 - Nottingham

3 Former Nottingham Forest Goalkeepers will be in the room for this very first 'In Safe Hands' special edition Nottingham Forest Legends Event.

Come and join Nottingham Forest Legends as they talk about their fantastic careers at Nottingham Forest and what it was like under the management of Brian Clough.

This exclusive show will see a 2 part LIVE and UNSCRIPTED interview with The legends, reminiscing about those glorious Football memories old and new and get a real life insight to one of the best players to ever light up the Football world. Who knows what will happen when the Legends takes the stage in Nottingham to give you their ‘off camera’ stories but one thing is for sure, it will be truthful and it will be entertaining.

Gold ticket holders will have the opportunity to meet the Legends before the show for a professional photograph of you and the Nottingham Forest legends which will be printed off on the night for you to take away with you.

This incredible evening will allow for the Legends to be on stage for an unbelievable 90 minutes in total. 2 x 45 minutes.

Approximate Event Run Times

6:00pm - Doors Open to the Events Suite at the Crowne Plaza Hotel with bar access and a chance to look at and purchase some fantastic merchandise.

6:30pm - Event Sponsors Meet & Greet with the Legends

6:45pm to  7:30pm - Photo Session which allows for anyone with a photo pass to have a professional photograph with the legends which will be printed instantly for you to take away as a 6x9 Inch Glossy Printed Photo.

7:45pm - The Host takes to the stage to announce proceedings and introduce the walk on video for the Legends

8pm - Part 1 - Interview with the Legends

9:00pm - Interval

9:20pm - Host takes to the stage for Part 2  of the event which includes a 15 minute Auction, 45 Minute Audience Q&A with the Legends and opportunity to win prizes.

10:45pm - Host departs the stage

11:00pm - Carriages

*Please note that in the event of any unforeseen delays such as the talent arriving late due to traffic issues we will not be held responsible but will endeavor to make up the time by reducing the interval.

Dress Code: Casual. (No Hoodies or Hats permitted)

Vetting the Superstar terms.

SITTING WITH FRIENDS: To ensure you are sat with your friends please book under the same name this will automatically sit you together. Any requests can also be directed to info@superstarspeakers.co.uk and although we cannot guarantee a request we will do our best to accommodate them.

TICKET TYPE SEATING: If you were to purchase a gold and a silver ticket together then you would be sat with the silver tickets. Same applies for other tickets. You will be sat with the lower end ticket on any tickets you purchase as a group.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: Platinum and Gold will be allocated a seat for the event  around a table of 8-12 depending on the venue layout for the event. Silver Ticket holders will be seated in the Theatre style unallocated seating area unless prior agreement has been made.

REFUNDS: A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or re-sold. Refund policy if the event is cancelled due to the COVID-19 :A person gets notified about the cancellation of any event. A person will receive their refund automatically through the same method of payment used to complete your purchase (eg:- If the payment is made using UPI, the money comes back into the UPI account). The refunds are generally delivered within 7-21 business days.If the event is postponed, we will contact you via phone or email with the information regarding the changes in the time, venue, date, and more. The tickets are valid for the new event date.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: It is paramount to Superstar Speakers that everyone fully enjoys this event. If you have ANY special requirements (E.g. Access) please notify us BEFORE the show as we may not be able to accommodate you if told on the night.

SPEAKERS: In the unlikely event that a guest speaker can no longer make the date we will find a suitable replacement.

COMMUNICATION: We love to keep you updated on the event and will contact you via the email you register with. Your tickets will be sent to this email and we will inform you of any changes so please ensure you enter your email correctly.
