Parking

We are not responsible for parking at the venue. Please check parking availability in advance.

Photos

One photo per person is included. Photos will be made available for digital download via our Facebook page a few days after the event. Some photographers may choose to offer printed photos; however, only the digital download is guaranteed unless a printed copy is specifically stated on your ticket. We are not responsible for the quality of printing or paper used for any complimentary printed copies.

Event Footage

Footage may be taken during the event. If you appear in any footage and do not wish to be included, please email us and we will arrange for it to be removed where possible.
