How You’ll Receive Your Tickets



When you purchase tickets from us, everything is handled by an automated system. This means your tickets are sent out immediately after your order is completed—no waiting around.


As soon as your payment goes through, you’ll receive an email with your tickets attached or a link to download them. You can access and download your tickets right away.



Important: Follow the Instructions Carefully



To make sure everything goes smoothly, please:


  • Carefully follow the instructions provided during checkout

  • Double-check that you enter your email address correctly



Your tickets are sent to the email address you provide, so even a small typo can stop them from reaching you.



Can’t Find Your Tickets?



If you don’t see your ticket email in your inbox, don’t panic—this is usually an easy fix.


Please check:


  • Your spam, junk, or promotions folders

  • Any other filtered inboxes your email provider may use




The Two Main Reasons Tickets Aren’t Received



In almost all cases, missing tickets come down to one of the following:


  1. The email has gone to your spam or junk folder

  2. The email address was entered incorrectly at checkout
