This blog will give you all the Everton news you need with regards to this fantastic event, where we will be bringing together FIVE legends of of the Toffees to meet and greet the Evertonians and tell stories of their iconic careers with Everton
One of the biggest clubs in England, Everton have a rich history that includes 9 league titles, 5 FA Cups, ! Cup Winners Cup and 9 Charity Shields
They are one of the oldest clubs in the country and have been in the top flight of English Football since 1954. Throughout their entire history they have only missed 4 seasons in the top division setting a record of 117 seasons.

1. Martin Dobson
Everton 1974 - 1979
Big Dobbo became the first player to be transferred for £300,000 when he signed for Everton from Burnley in 1974.
Dobson made 230 appearances for Everton and scored 40 goals for the club. Since retiring from playing and managing Dobson returned to Goodison Park where he served as matchday host and as professional development co-ordinator
2. Duncan McKenzie
Everton 1976 - 1978
Everyone loves Maverick McKenzie, one of footballs original entertainers we are delighted to have Duncan attended our Everton legends event and are certain he has some amazing stories from is wonderful career. Whether its jumping over Mini Coopers, throwing golf balls the length of the pitch or (maybe) even talking about his footballing career including his perfomance against local rivals Liverpool in the 1977 FA Cup Semi Final
3. Joe Royle
Everton Player 1966 - 1974, Manager 1994 - 1997
Born and bred in Liverpool, Joe Royle is Everton Royalty. He made his debut for Everton at age 16 making him the youngest player to play for the club, a record he held until 2005. He made 270 appearances for the Toffees and scored 119 goals.
During his playing days he won the 1970 First Division and Charity Shield - one of the 5 seasons he was top scorer for the club, scoring 23 goals in 1969 - 70
Royle returned as Everton Manager in 1994 and went on to restore some pride and success to Everton. Beloved for signing Everton Legend Duncan Ferguson and other greats such as Gary Speed, Andrei Kanchelskis and Nicky Barmby. Joe Royle's high point as Everton Manager was winning the 1995 FA Cup beating Manchester United in the Final
4. Graeme Sharp
Everton 1980 - 1991
A loyal Everton player who spent 11 years at Goodison Park, earnins a solid reputation as a prolific striker making 322 appearances and scoring 111 goals. Sharp made his name as a well respected striker during the glory days of Everton FC - winning the First Divison in 1985 and 1987, the FA Cup in 1984, The Charity Shield in 84, 85, 86, 87 and the Cup Winners Cup 1985.
He was Everton's top goal scorer in 1982, 1983, 1985, 1988. Sharp will always be a hero to the Evertonians for his incredible goal against local rivals Liverpool in 1985
5. Neville Southall
Everton 1981 - 1998
One of the finest goalkeepers to have played for Everton, and arguably the top flight of English football. Big Nev made 750 appearance for Everton firmly establishing himself as the Toffees first choice number 1.
During his time at the club his presence helped Everton win the league in both 1985 and 1987, the FA Cup in 1984 and he was still there for the win in 1995, Charity Shield in 1984, 1985 and 1995 and the Cup Winners Cup in 1985
A true Everton Legend Southall holds the record for the most league appearances (578), overall most appearances (750) most FA Cup appearances (70) and most league cup appearances (65) for the club
